Design & fitHow do I shop ready-made clothing?
Choose a product from our ready-made collection, select an available pattern and size, then add it to your cart. Selected products also offer optional customized stitching through “Customize this product”.
Design & fitCan I choose a usual size instead of taking measurements?
Yes. Ready-made clothing is purchased by selecting an available size, with no personal measurements required. Consult the product’s size guide when available; sizes and stock vary by product and pattern.
Design & fitDo I need measurements for customized stitching?
Personal measurements are only needed for the custom-fit option. On an eligible product, choose “Customize this product”, then select your cloth. Your design’s measurement guide lists the measurements needed and explains how to take them. Follow the instructions for each field; body measurements and garment dimensions are different.
Design & fitCan I upload my own garment design?
The current collection offers our own listed designs. Customer design uploads are not available.
Cloth & careWhy are different cloths shown for different designs?
Ready-made products show their available patterns and sizes. For customized stitching, each product has a selection of suitable cloths; only available options are shown.
Cloth & careWill the cloth preview look exactly like my finished garment?
For customized stitching, the preview helps you compare patterns on a design. Print scale, placement, colour and drape are approximate. Screen settings and lighting can also change how a cloth looks.
Cloth & careHow should I care for my garment?
Care depends on the selected fabric and garment construction. Follow the care label and fabric-specific instructions when supplied; do not assume that every cloth can be washed or treated in the same way.
Ordering & deliveryCan I place an order or pay on this website now?
This is currently a local preview. You can explore designs and review a sample cart, but checkout is disabled and no orders or payments are taken. Displayed prices are in AUD.
Ordering & deliveryCan I change my selections in the cart?
Yes. Use the edit option on a cart item to revisit its selections. You can also change quantities or remove an item before continuing.
Ordering & deliveryHow long will delivery take?
Ready-to-wear orders are dispatched immediately from our Australian warehouse for delivery within Australia. See the delivery details shown when you select your purchase option.
Ordering & deliveryWhere will you deliver, and what will shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders. Australia is our initial market; international delivery is not yet available.
Returns & alterationsWhat are your returns and alteration policies?
The returns, cancellation and alteration policies are still being prepared. They will be available for review before the site accepts orders.
Returns & alterationsDo you offer a fit guarantee?
A fit guarantee has not been confirmed. Review each design’s size chart and measurement instructions carefully. Any future fit or alteration service will be explained in our published policies.
