Pebble Haute is publicly accessible while we prepare live shopping. Checkout currently supports test payments only. Test orders do not create a real purchase, charge or garment fulfilment. Do not use real card details in sandbox checkout.

Choosing your clothing

For ready-made clothing, choose an available product, pattern and size. Customized stitching is optional on eligible products and may require personal measurements. Check the product description, size chart, selected pattern, quantity and delivery details before continuing. Screen colours and cloth previews may differ from the physical garment; previews do not guarantee exact print placement.

Prices and offers

Australian store prices are displayed in Australian dollars. Enabled offers apply to eligible ready-made items during their scheduled period; check the current price at checkout. Customized stitching pricing is separate. Shipping within Australia is free. Tax treatment and final live checkout totals will be established before real purchasing opens; test receipts are not live tax invoices.

Delivery

Ready-made orders are dispatched immediately from our Australian warehouse; transit estimates depend on destination and courier. Customized stitching delivery is within six weeks of order confirmation, including making time. Mixed orders ship together when all pieces are ready within that six-week period. See Shipping & delivery for the full arrangements. These fulfilment arrangements apply when live shopping opens.

Accounts and customer rights

Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate contact, address and measurement details. Cancellation, returns and refunds, delivery and privacy policies form part of the website information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Contact contact@pebblehaute.com with questions. Published policies show their publication date and version. Updates do not rewrite existing saved order details. Live purchasing terms will be reviewed before real payment is enabled.
