Scope

This policy describes information handling on the publicly hosted Pebble Haute website. Accounts and enquiries are available; checkout remains in test mode and real purchasing is not yet enabled. Use sample order information when testing where possible.

Information we collect

Accounts collect your name, email and password credentials; we store a password hash rather than your plain password. Saved profiles and checkout collect delivery addresses, phone numbers, garment selections, sizes, measurements and order information. Contact forms collect the contact details and message you submit. Google sign-in, when used, supplies your name, email and Google account identifier; we do not receive your Google password. Server logs may record IP addresses, request details and security events.

How we use information

We use information to provide accounts, respond to enquiries, prepare and manage orders, provide fit information, deliver service messages, investigate problems and protect the website. We do not need personal measurements for ordinary ready-made size selection. Only provide measurements when using customized stitching.

Storage and browser features

The website is hosted by Hostinger on a server in India. Application records and backups are stored outside the public web directory. Browser storage keeps cart and checkout drafts; session cookies maintain sign-in and store selection. If IP-based store selection is used, your IP address is checked against a local geolocation database. Verification and password-reset links expire. Saved order snapshots and backups may remain after a profile is removed.

Service providers and overseas handling

Hostinger provides hosting and the configured email service. Website messages can be sent through that email service, including account verification, password reset, enquiry responses and enabled order notifications. Google processes information when Google sign-in is used. Stripe processes sandbox checkout information; payment-card details are entered with Stripe and are not stored by our application. These services may process information outside Australia. Hosting is in India; other processing locations depend on the provider. For future customized orders, the garment and measurement details needed to make the item may be accessed by our production team in India. We will review live payment and fulfilment disclosures before real ordering opens.

Access, correction, deletion and complaints

You can edit or remove saved addresses and measurement profiles in your account. Email contact@pebblehaute.com to request access, correction or deletion of other information, or to make a privacy complaint. We verify identity and assess requests, including record-retention obligations. We retain information as needed for the relevant service, security, dispute handling and applicable legal obligations. Avoid unrelated sensitive information in message and notes fields.
