Australian delivery

Delivery is free within Australia. Real purchases and fulfilment are not enabled while checkout remains in test mode. The following delivery arrangements apply when live shopping opens.

Ready-made clothing

Ready-made orders are dispatched immediately from our Australian warehouse. Arrival time depends on your postcode and courier service. The product-page postcode checker shows estimated transit time after dispatch, not a guaranteed arrival date: generally 2–5 business days for major-city and inner-regional destinations in NSW, ACT, VIC and QLD; 2–6 business days for other standard destinations; and 7–9 business days for WA, NT, TAS and remote destinations.

Customized stitching

Delivery is within six weeks from order confirmation, including making time. This timeframe applies to customized stitching, not ready-made-only orders.

Mixed orders

Ready-made and customized stitching items ordered together ship together when all pieces are ready, within six weeks from order confirmation including making time.

Delivery details and enquiries

Check your full street address, suburb, state and postcode before payment. Contact contact@pebblehaute.com with your order number for delivery enquiries or address corrections. If an item is delayed or lost, contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate solution. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
