Design & fitHow do I make a design my own?
Choose a design from our collection, select one of its available cloths, then choose your usual Australian size or a custom fit. Review your selections in the cart.
Design & fitCan I choose a usual size instead of taking measurements?
Yes. Choose the ready-made Australian usual-size option to see the designer’s S, M, L and XL reference chart. Review the values for that particular design before continuing.
Design & fitWhich measurements will I need?
Choose custom fit after selecting your cloth. Your design’s measurement guide lists the measurements needed and explains how to take them. Follow the instructions for each field; body measurements and garment dimensions are different.
Design & fitCan I upload my own garment design?
The current collection offers our own listed designs. Customer design uploads are not available.
Cloth & careWhy are different cloths shown for different designs?
Each design has its own selection of suitable cloths. Only cloths currently marked available are offered on its product page.
Cloth & careWill the cloth preview look exactly like my finished garment?
The preview helps you compare patterns on a design. Print scale, placement, colour and drape are approximate. Screen settings and lighting can also change how a cloth looks.
Cloth & careHow should I care for my garment?
Care depends on the selected fabric and garment construction. Follow the care label and fabric-specific instructions when supplied; do not assume that every cloth can be washed or treated in the same way.
Ordering & deliveryCan I place an order or pay on this website now?
This is currently a local preview. You can explore designs and review a sample cart, but checkout is disabled and no orders or payments are taken. Displayed sample prices are not final offers.
Ordering & deliveryCan I change my selections in the cart?
Yes. Use the edit option on a cart item to revisit its selections. You can also change quantities or remove an item before continuing.
Ordering & deliveryHow long will making and delivery take?
Delivery takes a maximum of 6 weeks from order confirmation, including making time.
Ordering & deliveryWhere will you deliver, and what will shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders. Australia is our initial market; international delivery is not yet available.
Returns & alterationsWhat are your returns and alteration policies?
The returns, cancellation and alteration policies are still being prepared. They will be available for review before the site accepts orders.
Returns & alterationsDo you offer a fit guarantee?
A fit guarantee has not been confirmed. Review each design’s size chart and measurement instructions carefully. Any future fit or alteration service will be explained in our published policies.
