Scope

This policy describes the current Pebble Haute website, which is a local preview. Public hosting and live ordering are not yet enabled.

Information collected

Account features collect your name, email and password credentials. We store a password hash, not your plain password. Saved profiles and checkout collect delivery addresses, phone numbers, garment selections, sizes, measurements and order details. Google sign-in, when used, supplies identity information including name, email and a Google account identifier. We do not receive your Google password.

Use and storage

We use this information for account access, order preparation, fit information, delivery details and customer requests. Records and backups are stored in the private application database. Browser storage holds cart and checkout drafts, and session cookies keep you signed in. Verification and password-reset links expire. Contact forms open your own email application.

External services

Google sign-in communicates with Google. Sandbox checkout, when enabled, communicates with Stripe; card details are entered at the provider rather than stored by this application. Order emails currently remain private previews. Hosting, email, fulfilment and other live service arrangements, including any overseas disclosures, will be described here before live ordering is enabled.

Your choices and enquiries

You can edit or remove saved addresses and measurement profiles in your account. Contact Pebble Haute to request access, correction or deletion of other personal information, or to raise a privacy complaint. We verify identity and assess requests, including any record-retention obligations. Removing a profile does not remove historical order snapshots or backups. Do not enter sensitive information in free-text fields.
